The Laager 18 crew kicked off 2026 in classic style with a fantastic weekend at Palm Springs (20–22 March 2026), hosted by the Powell Family under the “Sports Supporter Wear” theme.

Friday evening saw everyone gather around a blazing fire for a relaxed start to the weekend. Saturday was packed with action – some headed to the beach while others enjoyed bocci ball, table tennis, pool, putt-putt, and the ladies’ lively card game “Heist”. Saturday night delivered a treat when Tim and Dave both landed Blue Fish (just 1 cm apart!), and the Bowker Master families served up delicious seafood snacks for the whole group. The evening continued with the laugh-out-loud “Double Dare” mystery flavour game and a raffle where Gillian took home the “Anything Your Heart Desires” prize.

A special highlight was celebrating the Wittstock B’s 100th camp milestone with tasty cupcakes – well done, guys!

The weekend wrapped up with plenty of rest, good vibes, and loads of laughs – exactly what Laager 18 does best.
